It’s been a while since my last post, and there’s two very good reasons for that. I stepped up my study efforts to finish TSHOOT, (which I passed at the beginning of June!) So I’ve achieved CCNP status, and I’m over the moon! Things at work for the remainder of June stepped up a notch which needed all of my attention, and then I had the whole of July off to celebrate our honeymoon – Thanks to the very good people of Mexico for your hospitality!
So what next? Given that the CCIE is changing, I’m a little reluctant to begin that just yet, I think I’ll wait until content becomes available for the new CCIE Enterprise. In the mean time, I’ve started dabbling in Python and INE has released a new course on Multicast Routing aimed at CCNP’s making the jump to CCIE.
There’s also the possibility of beginning to look at the CWNA to bolster my wireless credentials. I’ve yet to make a decision either way, but when I do, I’ll post an update.
